Volunteer Opportunities Before the Auction:
  • Solicit Auction Prizes:  If you secure $250 worth of prizes, you'll earn 1 free ticket.  If you secure $500 worth of prizes, you'll earn 2 free tickets.  
  • Communications and Promotion:  We need a marketing and communications whiz to help us develop and execute a communications plan from now until March to make sure we get the word out to our school and our community.  The person who coordinates this effort will earn 2 free tickets and additional volunteers who help will earn 1 free ticket.
  • Ticket Sales: Help sell tickets at school events.

Volunteer Opportunities At the Auction:
  • Registration:  Volunteers who work a shift at registration will earn a free ticket.
  • Beverages:  People to help set up and maintain the bar at the auction can earn 1 free ticket.
  • Food:  We need someone to be the liaison between the auction committee and the caterer. If you'd like to help and earn a free ticket, please let us know.
  • Auction Prize Rotation:  We will need people to help as we close each auction section.  If someone is interested in coordinating and overseeing this process, you can earn 2 free tickets.  Volunteers to help close out each section will earn 1 free ticket. 
  • Check Out:  Volunteers who work a shift at check out will earn a free ticket.
  • Set Up and Clean Up:  Volunteers who sign up to coordinate set up or clean up will receive 2 free tickets.  Volunteers who sign up to help with set up or clean up the night of the auction will receive 1 free ticket.
